The 10 post rule is there to try to identify and keep spammers/bots away. If you look at your welcome email it gives info there. All you need to do is post a introductory message, in the correct place, and you will start to get welcome messages. If you then reply to the welcome messages individually you will soon get to 10 posts.
This is a forum not Faceache and as forums go it is quite relaxed but it does have some guidelines and there is a structured hierarchy to the posts (unlike Faceache).
I have given you a like for correct use of the WTF thread.

Coming to this forum from the Rover75 one was a massive shock, just the WTF thread to start with. Really informative and amusing too, well worth paying the fee.

I had a V6 Rover 75 as a courtesy car. It was beautiful but yikes, it made Elgrands look economical!
