WHAT THE FUCK???!!!!

Told BT on Saturday I was leaving their broadband/phone. Sales offered me a good deal to stay... £3 a month if I did 12 month linesaver. Email comes through with £11 ongoing charges. I go on chat and said listen to the recording of the call. They raise a complaint. I call today, it's been raised to manager level and their current backlog is 13 working days for complaints. Privatisation efficiency my ar*e. Run by utter shysters and clowns.

Virgin Broadband been down 7 days so far.....they are 'working on it'

Told them today i'm looking at other suppliers and will be moving away......they reckon will be fixed today.....

PITA .....NETFLIX etc out of commission too but they dont care

if not on tonight Son will have to do homework at Nannys house tomorrow grrrrrr

Well err yep sounds expensive, can almost buy a new car for that lol.

What do they use? I mean most of the cost must be labour surely because the Elgrand is so big.
 
I've only just found out stainless steel is nonmagnetic :eek: Found out cos the stainless screws wouldn't stay in my mag driver. Thought I'd been had, but checked my sink with a magnet and it don't stick. Embarrassed to say I studied Mechanical Engineering to degree level and a 40 year diy'er.
