@dognero you weren't joking about the grill Im still on 240 grit and still another bar to go!
Also painted the panels satin black that go behind the grill as they were looking old!

Keep at Richard,spent about 3 hours on mine and it still looked shite,looking forward to the finished result(probably not as much as you are though)Cheers bud, pretty happy with the results, Motip paint sprays lovely and even!
Its a HUGE task to sand this grill and I have two to do!!!! lol
Only just removed all the lacquer now to go through all the grades before getting my buffing wheels/polishing compounds out on the drill!
