Didn't want to say the W word for fear of upsetting someone.

I used to own a dark brown 2.9 Granada, was good to drive and very comfy but I couldn't get over the colour and absolutely hated it. Ford made it as a special order for the original buyer, it was the last one done in that colour - lucky for everyone else without taste who may have stupidly chosen it.

Just gonna look at it after fitting sound deadening to all panels - including the roof, but excluding the bonnet. Makes a massive difference! Doors now shut with a German thud...
Where did you get the panels? Can I see pictures please I would like to do the same...... eventually!

Is that better

Is that better than solvo auto sol...???? That's the only stuff I have ever heard of.
Auto sol is brilliant on metals but have never used it on chrome covered plastic, have you used auto sol on chrome covered plastic??? The one I posted is specific for chrome covered plastic and when I used it brought chrome up great , mind I’ve only used it once and can’t tell you how many times I could use it on the chrome without damaging,
Ref auto sol , great stuff used to have ally engine cases like mirror glass on my motorbike years ago , even cleans lights up
