As one of many new North-East members in recent months, do we have any thoughts on when we will be starting up the breakfast meets again please?

Also new since COVID interrupted NE meets, so up for it when meetings restart

Doesn’t just have to be the teeside breakfast meet , can have anywhere where anybody wants to arrange , went to one at Sunderland last year

Anyone on here can arrange a meet anywhere.
Can start anytime as long as you don't have more than 6 people.

Meeting friends and family outdoors (rule of 6)

You can meet up outdoors with friends and family you do not live with, either:

  • in a group of up to 6 from any number of households (children of all ages count towards the limit of 6)

Is from May 17th onwards a better bet then? I can imagine we'd have more than 6 wanting to get together 🤞

We enjoyed the ride out, meeting people (some again) and breakfast at the NE meet last year, would be up for that again... Might wait til breakfasts are served again hehe ;-)

the meet we had on sun had about twelve people there but we did not gather in a great big bunch we stayed 2mtrs apart and in three groups so can be done if a group looked like it was getting big one/two moved on just like in a shop

And maybe park it the right way around. ;)
Twas me parking a*** about face on purpose...

Front bumper was broken a few weeks earlier when I forded a flood on a local road, something like a plastic engine undertray flipped up from underwater as I drove through the flood :-(

That’s the sad part of all these rules , can’t meet friends or family , but can go in shops with people from loads of different households
