North East Coast & Castles camping 2023

All fed and watered with a big thanks to club host Andy for providing food, coffees& soft drinks and resident chef Malcolm (and soux chef Bev) for preparing it on cadac and oven.
Malcolm also chief fire pit carer, Andy as windbreak during lighting.

And while I am on thanks to the gang as everyone contributed to a great weekend.

Weather held but we had heavy rain during the night which has stopped in time for us to pack up this morning

Lovely to meet everyone in the Elgrand gang.
Kids had an amazing time.
Special thanks to Dognero for being a great host and supplying the BBQ food soft drinks, cake coffee and gifts, Malcolm for cooking it up for us, safety Mick for arranging the weekend and everyone else's for the crack (that's banter and jokes, not drugs) cheers everyone, looking FWD to the next one👍

Considering binning title ‘safety mick’ and rebranding to ‘Tom Tom or Garmin’ but before your comments think about the health benefits of using my orienteering skills.
Kev contrary to medical opinion now knows he can walk miles and miles ( it’s a miracle)
Sue knows that 9000 steps can show on her phone as 17000.
You all could eat, drink and be merry without feeling guilty or worrying about putting on pounds , you all have a nice tan from the additional time in the sun.

So am I now Tom Tom , Garmin or do I add Health and to the name of safety mick 🤔

u can always go to daily meets , that don’t involve camping , or stop at hotels near by
