IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
I need deposits from everyone who wants to attend ASAP!
Full ticket prices are now listed at £32.50 for a weekend ticket and £16.50 for a day pass on Sunday. The extra £2.50 for weekend and £1.50 for day pass is the booking fee stipulated by the ticket provider.
@ALLUN ROBINS - I'll need the £2.50 from you as I know you have paid in full, but that was before I'd added the details of the booking fee.
CLUB PLOTS HAVE BEEN BOOKED
We have 4.5 plots... how you ask? We have teamed up with the Honda S2000 club who have also bought 4.5 plots (we got 9 plots between us).
Having the larger area means we have a dedicated "show" section and a dedicated "camping and social" area.
So that we do not under occupy the stand, we NEED at least 30 Elgrand's on the stand. As it stands we have 16 definite, so we need to get 14 more.
There are space for up to 35 Elgrand's… so if we can fill the stand, great, but 30 is the minimum we need so that we do not under occupy and cause potential damage to the show.
So come on guys, roll up and get your names down, this will be a fantastic event. It's the first year of it, and if it succeeds, it will be back next year bigger and better. Nigel (the organiser) has put a lot of time and effort into this, and I have a vested interest in seeing Yakushi succeed.
Let's do what EOC do best and support the JDM Car Scene
