How does December 11th sit with everyone as a possible xmas meet at Goodwood racing circuit.. usual meet times in the car park plus they have the cafe there. I believe its a cycle day on that day which means it's definitely open. Everyone's thoughts please 🙏

Fine by us but will need the postcode when all is confirmed
 
fine by me but if its a cycle day we won't be able to get a grid photo the plus side is if you go under the bridge into the paddock at the end you can park undercover as soon as we get a confirmed date ill get in touch with my nipper to ask his mate about any other photo oppertunities
 
I would check that the cafe is open, I think it closes in November usually…🤔
 
A tentative yes from me.

  • Looking at the goodwood cafe, there seem to be two cafes - The Aerodrome Cafe and Motor Circuit Cafe.
  • Our local cycling club often visit the Aerodrome Cafe and whilst I can't be certain that it is open all year, I've never heard of it being closed either.
  • If we do arrange a meet, I'm sure a quick email to Goodwood can resolve the matter one way or the other?
 
I don't think it really matters if the cafe is open.. how many meets have we been to where we haven't taken advantage of the facilities ??? Just an added bonus if it is 🤣🤣🤣
