WHAT THE FUCK???!!!!

Quite funny to see that even in this day and age forums still suffer from the same issues they did back 10-20 years ago. Specifically Spam/bots, the admins implementing a minimum post limit which in turn results in complaints about said measurements.

Went to pick up insulated blinds bought off facebook yesterday in Louth, Lincs. On the A18 from the A46 roundabout to getting on the A16 got the usual intermittent bleeping from the Elgrand, always happens on that road, no lights/signals not adjusting anything just quiet bleeps every so often.

Don’t you just love getting a delivery you have forgotten about.
Ordered , some time ago , two front recaro seat bases with sliders made for the s2/s3 Elgrand.
I have since decided to go with the overfinch rover seats I found and made good so will now have to decide , do I keep just in case or do I get shot

Missus's Corsa tyre going flat so I took it to the local tyre place, they reckoned they removed a screw and fixed the puncture. Took it back to the missus, went back outside, tyre flat again. Took it back to the tyre place, this time they found a puncture in the sidewall so had to have a new tyre fitted. Had to go to the doctors for a blood test. Finally get to work, first thing check emails and messages etc, I thought clean the laptop screen first. Must've pressed on too hard, broke the laptop screen. Only £30 for a screen but a pita to fit. At least it won't be adding to my pile of old dead laptops just yet though.

I picked up my Dogs ashes, the box felt much lighter than when he went in.

We waited at the crematorium for Miami and was very surprised how heavy she was!
Hope you're doing better buddy? Everyday I've cried for Miami still cannot believe she not here.

It’s sh1t, whoever designed Dogs to only live 15 to 20 years wants sacking.

We bought a pottery Shih Tzu years ago as it was a double of Bailey, so I dug it out and drilled a 30mm hole in the base, then funnelled the ashes in the hollow void.

I plugged the hole then Tiger Bonded it to a slice of Pine, his Tag is Screwed to the base.

He sits on the fire hearth which was his spec…..I thought it would make us feel better/closure, but it doesn’t.

Photo to follow as I am out arranging the troops.

Why did our Japanese designers simply insert screws into our swirl flaps, causing sleepless nights.

Yet on this cheap model car carburettor they insert the screws then split the ends, no chance of vibrating loose.
Not exactly swirl flaps, but same principle.

One possible reason is that having the bottom of a screw sticking out into airflow very slightly restricts airflow. Also flaying the end of the screw doesn't prevent it becoming loose, it does prevent it coming all the way out if it becomes loose but if it's loose and the flap is moving around on it it'll probably eventually break up anyway. For sure though if we fitted slightly longer screws and flayed the ends there'd be less chance of them coming out.
