What have you done to your Elgrand today?

Oil change and filter done at 301,208km.
Tpexed date and mileage for future reference! lol
Boot stopped working again today, luckily I had the errancy handle latch ready! Now got to work out what the problem is as it's an intermittent problem! :rolleyes:
 
It turns out that an E51 exhaust box fits under an E50 a treat… with some minor fabrication to the existing E50 pipe work. Which means any E51 performance silencer like the ones @Elementian makes, will now fit this car. I had a good standard one to use for now… I’m deep enough into this now to start a project thread… look out for “ My first E50 “

Cap has been on since those stickers were produced by Karl as they were a perfect fit.

Was on the phone when I listened yesterday and speakers aren’t all that, just listened again and she sounds hungry ( off the lights hungry—-not that I’ve ever indulged myself).
Sounds very much like the satisfaction I fitted—- love it !

Sounds even better in person Dave and even one of my mates who races hot hatches conceded that it sounds pretty good for a van..

Will be making a aluminium air box to fit around the filter and putting in 2 80mm cold air feeds from the front bumper over the summer, will be interesting to see if this changes the sound.

Nearly bid on a 2 piece Satisfaction about a month or so ago as I was beginning to think that the Power Chamber was going to be just too much hassle and just too big to fit but decided that I would make it work even if it meant reducing down the carbon chamber which in the end I did not need to do but it is a very tight fit

First one I have seen for quite a while as they seem to be quite rare now and was in very good condition with none of the normal damage or cracking on the chrome on the intake with the supporting bracket and all the hoses and maf built in and would have been a 10 minute job to fit.

Ended up going for what I though was a really good price and looks like it it went to either a UK or Australian bidder from there user name.
