Managed to take a whole 3 seater sofa to the recycling centre in mine today… gotta love the load space on these vehicles!
Seems a good idea since they are a pain to get to. FWIW I recently cured annoying clunks by changing the two front ARB bushes - the droplinks were fine.Random question, when changing front shocks and springs, do people normally change the top mounts too for good measure?
MOT time coming up next month, I've already replaced drop links and ARB bushes all round, plus rear shocks and uprated JDM rear springs (but not changed the fronts yet, so have a slight hotrod stance going on...) - thinking of replacing the fronts with JDM uprated front shocks and springs whilst it is in for MOT as the ride still seems pretty harsh and crashy to me, which I understand is not normal for an Elgrand running OE wheels and ride height - but wondering if it's worth doing the top mounts at the same time?
On the one hand it's only £90 for the pair and no extra labour I guess if the shocks and springs are coming off anyway, but on the other it's £90 I don't need to spend if they are not considered a consumable part when replacing

Typical French sabotage, why have you put most of the trim clips back into the door ???
Oh yeah , forgot to ask , “ what you doing mate “ lolTypical French sabotage, why have you put most of the trim clips back into the door ???

Exchanged the tops of my door cards as I found black ones online cheap enough plus they had chrome trims to match the door openers ( they are attached with plastic welds/rivets and can be removed easy enough as long as you’re careful).Trim clips stayed put when I pulled the card off as I slid it back off the clips.
I'm doing a few little mods and improvements to previously fitted gizmos, repairing some broken plastic bits and I have a pair of JBL speakers that have been on my shelf for yonks also. As it's so hot out I thought to take the opportunity to stay in my cool garage and do something useful.
Also doing some interior decorating. Did you colour the upper bits of your door cards or just exchange them for black ones?

The bus is now about an inch or so higher at the rear due to the stronger springs so it no longer looks like its overloaded, and that's without any air in the airbags, now on with the bumper lights and finishing off the rear undersealing. Photo of rear wheel now central in the arch with new wheel center.
