What have you done to your Elgrand today?

Her indoors asked me to change the fuse on the toaster, didn't have any so thought "what harm would a six inch nail do instead?"
hmmm, Years ago a fuse blew on my 250LC & someone mentioned wrapping it in cigarette foil (the fuse not the bike lol) as an emergency solution. Lasted for a very long time until one day I saw smoke & my leg was getting very hot. I looked down & flames were lapping my leg. Thankfully a car stopped with a fire extinguisher and put it out

First mot since buying Ellie last year, sailed through with no advisories at all and that is with stainless exhaust in place and no rear cats, so treated Ellie to oil and filter change.

My 3 year old EPace failed 1st mot on corroded front discs. No prizes for guessing which car is going to be with me long term. It’s not the one with a cat badge.

loving Elgrandlife

Had it for 21 years then sold it to a mate as i'd fell out of love with it. Thinking of selling my slabby now as I've lost the passion, life's too short & I have other interests I wish to pursue whilst I still can. I have a little Mk1 RG 250 as well.
