Shaped bed/seat foam

So good or bad they are done 😂

I got a profile gauge to help with the bolster profile, surprisingly enough it was great.

Shortened the foam to stop at back seats, going with rear seats in down position and they will be used for feet, would have preferred them in the up configuration but they take up too much feet space.

Means in the event of an accident there is a nice seat shaped bulkhead between us and the kitchen, it will be fastened in but you never know.

Need to get some covers made now.

I've sent a pic off to GB foam will see what they come back with.

The idea is to have 2 inserts made to make the middle seats flat, that gives enough room for 2 beds, keep the rear seats in place and have a reasonably large kitchen pod at the rear.

I'm looking forward to making the kitchen, we are going away for our first night in it next weekend 😁

They were hopeless 😂 I got some local and cut it myself, they did do a basic wedge shape though
 
So little update, foam is great, I was thinking about adding some velcro straps to make them a tad more secure as they sometimes moved a little, then last time we were away I had one of those dohhhh moments 😂 the seats have lap belts that fit perfectly 1000038090.jpg
