When A1 fuel protestors will be in Darlington and County Durham as major delays expected

Fuel protestors are holding a slow drive down the A1 later today to campaign against the rising cost of refilling at North East forecourts.

So if you're doing 60mph and get 20mpg you're using 910pence worth every 1200 seconds... 1p worth every 1.319 seconds, 45p per minute, 45p per mile.

On a serious note , if u leave a petrol station without paying it’s the cashier u are stealing off not the petrol station , they get your fuel bill taking out of they wages , or it used to be at the garage my wife worked at

A kid filling up next to me the other week just drove off and I thought fair enough I'm gonna be seeing that a lot!
don't think the police are all that interested in drive offs these days, used to be all over it when i was a kid working in a shell garage.

And even worse if repeat offender when they take your Elgrand off you.
