Almost all grey import JDM cars/Vans I have owned have been restricted to 112MPH.
They have needed to be de—restricted during the KPH to MPH change.
So I am assuming the E51 is not restricted.

E51's are restricted to 112mph unless you have an mph chip which raises the restriction to 180mph, or an aftermarket ECU which has the restriction removed.

I have an Impul ECU and the larger diameter stainless steel exhaust system all the way through with 200 cats and yes it is a white one

Today I carried out the 350Z airbox velocity stack mod.....
Firstly, the trumpet needed cutting to fit. I drilled out the pop rivets holding in the original tiny trumpet and fixing bracket for the MAF tube and pop riveted the new trumpet to it, then gave it a coat of matt black.
Here you can see the original versus the new trumpet which sits nicely inside.
And here it is fitted inside the airbox.
It's all back together now though I haven't had a chance to drive it, but I'm expecting a boost of at least 25bhp
...

A 2008 VQ35 E51 supercharged and chassis tuned by ORC dyno'd at 300bhp and hit a measured 140mph at a proving ground in Japan - but blew up in the process...

That's impressive! Even at 50-55mph over long motorway stretch with zero braking I cannot get that. 11 Km/L tops.
