BREAKDOWN COVER ?

I rang them to insure the new S3 that I was planning to buy and they said that they no longer cover Elgrands
Yes, they said the same to me back in October, when I rang to add it to the other motors on multi cover. Told me they still do continuing polices with imports, but no longer new policies.

I do play devil's advocate a bit with 'competitive' break down companies. I'm sure quality varies between them (and all breakdown companies I guess), but I tried Start Rescue a few years back to 'get a bargain'. The only time (touch wood) I've (well, the Mrs did) called breakdown was for a puncture and they were a bit useless. Wouldn't do nothing other than get it recovered, even asking if my Mrs had a jack when she rang the hotline, as the guy who'll attend wouldn't have any!
