Thinking meet 8.00 - 8.30 (just to be sure we get parked together) on the Saturday which then allows people to do other things with family if they wish or make a day at the seaside if that works for them, either way it’s an opportunity to meet as it has been a while

There are car parks overlooking the sea and beach set back from the main road.
See photos taken from one of the car parks last week when I was over there.

The Stray Marske Car park is about 1/2 mile from Marske on the Coast Road from Redcar . Marske Roundabout in the centre of the town is about 1mile. Numerous cafes, pubs and a chippy. Anyone coming from the North or South is better off coming on the A19 to the A174 junction and then follow the Teesport Redcar Saltburn signs until the second larger roundabout for Marske, where take a left and go down under the railway bridge, from the bridge its then 3/4 mile down into the Marske town centre roundabout , go straight across it and follow the coast road to Redcar to the 1st car park on your right hand side.
 
Great directions. No excuses now if people cannot find it.

let’s hope a few more are interested, or even those considering a purchase and wanting to chat to owners.

@dognero the drone should get some great footage.

We will try to get there. One question and one stipulation. Does anyone know if the beach is dog friendly this time of year? @dognero no cleaning and polishing allowed between then and now, I swear yours was shinier than mine before you cleaned it! :)

Beach restrictions start in May but some areas and The Stray itself will be dog welcoming. Loads of space to run the dog

ditto re Andy and his polish, but we can allow him loose on ours with his mit. We can keep him topped up with coffee
 
Unfortunately lads I can't drive for a while, so if I can persuade the wife , I'll try and make it...is it definitely the 7th...
 
Yes definitely Saturday 7th.
Wife driving you to a meet is part of your R n R, and it was probably mentioned during the wedding vows.

Currently on a tour of Scotlands West Coast and getting ideas for camping mods from others but not seen an Elgrand at all. Although did meet a fella who has just ordered a E52
