Where you at,i only live about 2 miles away in Tadcaster.Just back off my holidays on 29th can meet up @ mine Sunday if you want to have a drive there?
I'm over Leeds/Bradford way but thinking of going for the weekend with our lass but want to know the plan lol

Not much of plan in place yet.
Arrive Friday and set up club stand and camping area. Have a few drinks and a chatter.
Enjoy tje show and what's going on on the Saturday, drag strip, show and shine etc and have a look around at the cars and club stands, plenty of chatter on club stand. Have a few more drinks in the evening. Same again Sunday I guess and then head home later in the day.
Have a look at the link to the show site, it sounds like they've got quite a bit of stuff going on.

Most of us sleep in the vans too mate 👍
A lot of shows you can stay on your club stand and just sleep in the van. I'm sure I read somewhere that there's a seperate camping area as well at this one if people want to use that for some quiet or if we want to set up a club bbq area etc.

OK I thought if u went on the club stand they would want your van there too?
 
Yes, camping is seperate from the club display area...

If sleeping in the van you will need to move it to the display area in the morning and back to the camping area on the evening.
 
I think to keep this as simple as possible, members should buy their own tickets for this event, then please confirm on this post when you have bought your ticket.

Sorry guys, I've been tied up with real world stuff lately and for the upcoming few months...

I'm still really excited for this even and with the updates getting on the Facebook page for the show its looking like it'll be a huge event!

Unfortunately I can't dedicate enough time right now to oversee planning etc :( so I'm looking for any volunteers to take the lead for a bit.

I will still be involved as much as I can.

Regarding buying tickets for this event, I think as suggested a few posts above we should all buy our own tickets (and feedback on here when done so) so the list can be updated. Link to buying tickets in the original first post. This also cuts out me being responsible for large sums of members money.
