You could try some organic acerola cherry powder - it's natural vitamin C. One of our dogs is getting a bit stiff when she gets up but still trots around when on a walk. The days when we give the powder ( on her food) she seems a lot better. Just try a small amount - only side effect from too much is possibly "the squirts".he's been on tablets for the last 2 weeks but not showing any sign's of improving ? might try going down the oil route.
the thing is if i take him out he bounces round like a pup like he's always done, and pulls me down to the beach and then runs about, but watching him just get off the floor is a struggle and he limps a lot. crazy mut![]()
I only went over for a couple of bits but he begged me to take the stuffFair play, well done him![]()

Not as bad this time, no drains and she went in through the same scar.
3-4 hrs in theatre, once again she was amazed at the size of it…..but they all say that.
So…laid up for 6-8 weeks which to me means I can refit my rocker covers tomorrow. 8o/
They have stitched it on wonky…….again.Just a scratch but don't try nodding your head...
Nothing left to grow back full clearout.Did they expect it to grow back again?
I meant after the first time?Nothing left to grow back full clearout.
Take care and happy recovery. Not as bad this time, no drains and she went in through the same scar.

1. Washing your car on the street or driveway
- In many parts of the Netherlands, washing your car in the street is discouraged or sometimes prohibited.
- The reason is environmental: dirty water (with soap, oil, brake dust, etc.) can flow into storm drains and directly into surface water.
- Whether it’s strictly banned or just discouraged depends on the municipality (gemeente),
In newer residential areas (with separate rainwater systems), it is more likely to be restricted or banned.
2. Why the rules exist
These can harm water quality and wildlife.
- Street drains in the Netherlands often do NOT go to a sewage treatment plant, but straight to ditches or canals.
- Washing a car releases pollutants like:
- oil residues
- heavy metals
- detergents
3. What is always allowed (and recommended)
- Using a commercial car wash or self-service wash bay is always allowed and encouraged.
- These facilities:
- filter and recycle water
- treat pollutants properly before discharge
You could face warnings or fines if you:
4. What can get you in trouble
- Let soapy or oily water run into street drains
- Wash your car in public areas where it’s explicitly prohibited
- Dispose of chemicals improperly
Practical advice
- ✔ Safest option: use a car wash facility
- ✔ Usually OK: washing on private property, if water doesn’t enter the storm drain
Risky: washing on the street or where runoff goes into drains
It’s not straight is it ?Yes I can see, your head seems to be leaning back at a funny angle.
Hematoma , seroma ? ( can’t spell them for toffee) but I’ve seen enough of them this last few months to know to keep an eye on them especially if they go funny colour. If this was a job on my car, I would take it back.
