You could try some organic acerola cherry powder - it's natural vitamin C. One of our dogs is getting a bit stiff when she gets up but still trots around when on a walk. The days when we give the powder ( on her food) she seems a lot better. Just try a small amount - only side effect from too much is possibly "the squirts".

3-4 hrs in theatre, once again she was amazed at the size of it…..but they all say that.


So…laid up for 6-8 weeks which to me means I can refit my rocker covers tomorrow. 8o/

  • Street drains in the Netherlands often do NOT go to a sewage treatment plant, but straight to ditches or canals.
  • Washing a car releases pollutants like:
    • oil residues
    • heavy metals
    • detergents
These can harm water quality and wildlife.

✅ 3. What is always allowed (and recommended)​

  • Using a commercial car wash or self-service wash bay is always allowed and encouraged.
  • These facilities:
    • filter and recycle water
    • treat pollutants properly before discharge

⚠️ 4. What can get you in trouble​

You could face warnings or fines if you:

  • Let soapy or oily water run into street drains
  • Wash your car in public areas where it’s explicitly prohibited
  • Dispose of chemicals improperly

👍 Practical advice​

  • ✔ Safest option: use a car wash facility
  • ✔ Usually OK: washing on private property, if water doesn’t enter the storm drain
  • ❗ Risky: washing on the street or where runoff goes into drains

Hematoma , seroma ? ( can’t spell them for toffee) but I’ve seen enough of them this last few months to know to keep an eye on them especially if they go funny colour.
Don’t be afraid to go back mate, not nice if left too long
