WHAT THE FUCK???!!!!

I worked briefly in a water treatment plant in the late 90s writing Risk Assessment/ Ruler Assessments and Work Element Sheets for certain parts of the treatment process.

Since then I have NEVER drank water from a tap - what I have seen can never be unseen.🫣

If a random guy asked you to drink poop and pee and toilet water that had been ‘properly’ filtered, would you ?

I have been buying bottled water from Costco for drinking since then, so cheap £3.70 for 42 bottles.👍

PS. It’s not a secret I stumbled across, it’s common knowledge that the industry is proud of.

Here is a random snippet from the industry.

Using high tech filtration in waste water treatment solid particles are entirely removed from the water. ( NICE )

This can be from ground water, surface water or even pre-treated household wastewater. ( LOVERLY )

These processes in water treatment have a clear objective: to provide the correct quality of water for the specific application, Industrial and household.’ (AH, THATS OK THEN )

I feed bottled water to my sourdough starter culture. Tap water flattens it pretty bad.
But I'm quite happy to just bung tap water into bottles and keeping the fridge. Maybe the heavy metals/poop/fluoride have rotted my brain.
Mrs G has been insisting on some fancy water filtration system to be fitted after United Utilities borked up everything in the house and wouldn't trust them to deliver a newspaper, never mind safe, clean drinking water - and she's from South Africa!

I’m going to stick to Costco water - the only issue with it is the picking up and loading the crates, heavy as fcuk, especially after a Pepperoni Slice and Chicken bake.

Costco water could be bottle sewerage I wouldn’t know, but in my mind it comes from a natural spring straight from heaven run by Fairies & Elves and not some strangers toilet splatter.

Also I buy in bulk maybe 4 crates at once to save buying it every trip, but they froze recently and all the tops popped off.🫤👎

So no more bulk buying in the winter months.
 
Surely most water on earth is likely to have been through a few animal bodies or at least been mixed with water that has.

It would be ironic if a few newts, worms and sheep were drinking from the spring just before the spring water bottling facility lol.

Could set up a home distillery to make sure any water you drink is pure but then you miss out on the minerals.
 
I use a reverse osmosis unit under the sink, my wife doesn't like the taste, so I fitted a water filter on the other side of the sink, now I have just read that drinking filtered water may cause alzheimers due to the lack of calcium etc in reverse osmosis water, so I just -sorry what was I saying?
 
Some fucking grunt robbed my stupid drunk son who passed out on the beach at 5am.
The idiot also stole his iPhone 16 not knowing I could track it even when it’s turned off.
Cops would t do anything so late that night we drove over to the house and offered then a $1000 reward for the phone
