What have you done to your Elgrand today?

paddy the wheel caps were nearly done as well but another member needed a set so sent him my spare ones
 
So my wife borrowed my Elgrand today as the MOT ran out on her car and appears to have pressed the parking brake on hard enough that it won't disengage...

Pedal appears to be wedged pretty close to the carpet which presumably means she hasn't snapped the cable (is it cable operated on these???) but is now getting in a flap about how to disengage it. Any ideas???

Yeah they are cable operated. It goes all floppy if it’s snapped.
It’s a push to release ratchet style, so she might just have to be forceful at giving it a sharp push to get it off.
 
She managed to get it undone after a few tries... not sure why she'd felt the need to bury the pedal in the carpet when parking it on flat ground lol

Also, it's not like she's unfamiliar with foot operated parking brakes, her Merc has one!
 
Been busy with stuff lately but managed to weld up the rear arches on the wife's Elgrand get it painted and had the wheels powder coated so she's happy.
Will try one last time putting pics up on here via tumblr. If an admin has blocked it I'm not going to bother posting anything anymore. Hope everyone is enjoying their elgrands! Stay safe!

The buttons that allows you to put up photos are not highlighted,
I press the 3 buttons In a row next to the photo caption, down pops another set of choices which are not highlighted, doesn't matter what I do it doesn't work
As said what's the point in being a member!!

You should be pressing the photo caption itself to get this drop-down

I developed I problem where I couldn't post photos and @LeStempy pointed me to a button to press and then it all worked again, I must have accidentally pressed it. However I can't remember what that button was but I'll go and search my posts for it or maybe Stempy will tell you.

You got me looking, found it, it was the far right 3 buttons, it drop down with a highlighted symbol, pressed, all fixed.
