Due to the unfavourable conditions you Van is subject too i would have a go at painting it with Raptor Paint.Strange thoughts came to mind.
I had already decided that the tractor would remain in our family until the end.
Vladivostok is full of interior and exterior parts from Elgrands that were less fortunate.
I thought, try to find, buy all possible "goodies" that were ever installed at the factory, such as those that I do not have:
1. Automatic door or door closer
2. Clock.
3. Curtains.
4. Automatic footrest for the passenger door.
5. Winter equipment (2nd battery, radiator curtain, muffler flap)and also, everything that I can find in the ordered catalog..
This spring I will finish the body work - the final painting of the car.
I will work on the interior.

Raptor is a good thing, but in the current situation in Russia it is expensive... I think I will use tinted epoxy primer.Due to the unfavourable conditions you Van is subject too i would have a go at painting it with Raptor Paint.

The tinted epoxy primer is excellent, you can add epoxy grit to it for texture....and if you use a roller to apply it the finish will be a stippled effect.Raptor is a good thing, but in the current situation in Russia it is expensive... I think I will use tinted epoxy primer.
To create a shagreen effect (like a raptor), it is enough to reduce the pressure in the spray gun.The tinted epoxy primer is excellent, you can add epoxy grit to it for texture....and if you use a roller to apply it the finish will be a stippled effect.![]()

I read the booklet of the edition before 1999. There in the richest configuration there was a Kenwood, then Clarion and then a simple radio. And specifically my Clarion from Elgrand 2001.I've not seen that particular Clarion unit in an Elgrand before. Nice!
The bluetooth is a good idea as should be a better signal than an FM transmitter which I'm using. Tempted to try that myself.
There is no navigation. Navigation was in a different package.Very cool.
Is it a full double din size, so you don't have the sat nav unit underneath it?
Better not to have satnav as didn't work outside of Japan and the screens are very dated now so I think you've got the better configuration.
I look forward to seeing your bluetooth modification![]()

well yeah) for 1997 it was cool) and even now, for a car manufacturer to make so many modifications, I don't see that even in modern Japanese cars. ... after all, the golden years of the 80-90s of Japanese cars. The Dreamcast console sitting on the backseat
I did have a GameCube in mine for a while when the kids were younger.
That catalogue looks fun!
