RS-R Lowering Springs?

Hello,

Has anyone got any experience with the RS-R lowering spring set for the E51? See them on eBay and wondering if I they are worth going for or worth shelling out more for a set of Tein coilovers?

The reviews online don't seem bad, that said I would probably opt for the more established and recognised Tein branded ones.
 
Being that Elgrand shocks are a bit rubbish just fitting springs won't help matters, best fit some decent coilovers or upgraded struts that work through a wider range of heights.

Was planning on getting PowerFlex rear ARB bushes. Have a knock coming from the back which could be the drop link that’s being changed as we speak, but when the coilovers will be done it’ll be PowerFlex time 😎
 
Rubber is not perfect, but it's a fit and forget, till the next time, Polly it's a yearly thing, strip and re-grease
Springs is a tuff to get right ( yip weight load change daily) but certainly adjustable dampers are a must, a vast improvement, now if it was adjustable by a switch ( dampers) !!!!!
