Been like this for 2 1/2 years now, it’s not just you.
If you search oops you will get many topic starters bemoaning the poor performance back from October 2022.
They are working on it……
It will get you home, but it’s in limp home mode.

If you use the 'Toggle BB Code' button in the edit box (2nd from the right and looks like [ ] two square brackets) menu bar, it will often allow you to submit your post.
I just copy what I've written and paste into the text window and it always works! Think its something to do with the emoji's.

I have problems with..
Emojis, font changes, large posts, picture heavy posts, links, straightforward photo adding, single photo's only, no multiple.
Odd issues with ‘copy paste’.
Posts going missing.
Very disheartening composing a lengthy post then loosing the lot due to an Opps error, or at best posting it in a number of shorter segments.
