In France with my Elgrand replacement - so far so good, a few issues but I think it’s all coming together now. I fell for the heated and air cooled middle seats (and the few extra toys that the series 2 didn’t have, like cameras and cruise). I will finish the trip and then post an honest comparison between this and the e51 series 2 (I can already tell you, it’s more even than the price tag might suggest)! The eagle eyed among you will notice the rear lights look a little more alphard - yep, this ride has been pimped in more than one place but I like that as it saves me doing it!

Saw a 2017 plated Alphard on the M5 on Monday, taxi plates on it. Different back lights and overall shape. Bit gopping really

Look forward to your review been thinking about a change myself (vellfire) best thing for me is the middle windows open properly rather than the crappy pop outs last time I used them the window dropped almost to the ground luckily the small bolt held it glad I was near home .
