FOOD WISE

Just to confirm after conversations with Mark, this will NOT be a fiasco like last year, and we will be ensuring that no one goes hungry.

AHH go on go on go on go on....

Tis a fine weekend it is

I've never been modified nationals before what's it like? I've heard about it.

Personally I think its great. One of the biggest shows around. Massive array of show cars and car clubs. Live entertainment on an evening with cover bands (or chill on the club stand) fair ground. Beers. Rave tent.
Stunt shows during the day. Monster truck rides. Lawnmower racing. Trade stands galore. Bit of anything & everything for anyone.

Mmmm deffo food for thought that. If I get my finger out and get them both fixed there could be two more e51s going if there's space πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€πŸ€

There will be space :)

It really is a great weekend, you don't even have to be a big car nerd to enjoy it, there's lots to do and see and it's suitable for all the family.

Would be good to have you there :)

What Rob said. It is a good weekend.

I'm just abit shy.... 🀭🀭 I've not met anyone from here (except Brian from BMR earlier today) lol
Ah we're a friendly bunch. You can have a chat and hang with us all, or do your own thing. Spend as much time in the group as you feel comfortable with. There's no right or wrong way to enjoy the weekend.

We're a chilled out bunch from all walks of life. We've had a few members like yourself that have been shy but once they met a few of us and realised we're not that scary settled in and had great fun :)

No pressure though, get involved as little or as much as you like :)

You'll normally find Brian sitting round the camp fire on an evening having a few drinks and a chilled chat with us

For me, the camp life at the show is the best bit :) oh, and Cliffys awesome food :D

Fair dues πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ€ŸπŸ€Ÿ. I'll have a chat with the wife see if she fancies it that way we could bring both elgrands. Plus if my snoring gets really bad she can have her own bed. πŸ€πŸ€πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. See if we can get a puppy sitter for a weekend.

Dogs are welcome at the show if they are kept on the lead...

I don't bring mine though as there are quite a few loud noises that she reacts to.

If I was to get both elgrands fixed and come, is it all camping together or is it limited space and whoever gets there first kind of thing? And is it Β£70 each for camping and on club stand? πŸ‘πŸ‘

Mark, can you add my grandson to the list please, he has not got a Elgrand and as long as all right with you will be bringing his 2005 Renault Clio 182 cup

Yes the Β£70 covers camping and being on the club stand. Yeah we all camp in the same area, and have a communal marquee for cooking and congregating around. We are limited to space, sort of, but I believe Marks booked a big enough plot for plenty of us. So until he says we can't fit anymore on the attendance list its all good.
