Middle cubby box seatbelt

Is the lap belt for the middle seal a loose item, I have 2 female seatbelt sockets which tuck into the back of it but nothing I can see to use as a lap belt and even plugging a loose one in to it doesn't look like a very comfy solution am I missing something ?

The rear folding seats have a proper lap belt tucked away but not the front
 
The belt is in the seat to the side , there’s one in each seat so you can still turn at least one of the middle seats the other way round

AHH I thought they were lap belts for when the seats were facing rearward , in which case it's a 7 seater I presume

The pic above ( my eight seater with centre one removed) shows two lap belts in the one seat, one for that seat when it’s spun round and the other is lap belt for the middle seat

If you spin both passenger seats the other way then the middle is only any good as a table/cubby etc so yes , seven seater
