What a right royal pain it is to change your address on your licence ☹️ its all done on line and you have to upload, download and sideload everything !!!!! nothing is simple any more unless your a teenager 🙄 I hate all this high tech stuff.

What happens if you don't have a computer to do it on line ?

If you ask nicely they’ll do it at the post office counter with you , I think it’s a D1 form and about £17
They did the whole thing including photo at my local when I renewed mine
All on his computer I just answered questions etc
 
Did mine earlier in the year paper licence it's a right pain in the backside You have to post and it takes about three months I was panicking because I was going to Europe at that time And lots of forms to fill in Mine actually took 5 months to get my licence and then it bloody will only last for 3 years.
