Malcolm McLaren formed this group back in the 80s stealing members from Adam and the Ants - and you can hear it, especially in the drum beats.

Lwin was Burmese and in this photo was under age (14) when McLaren wanted to reenact the painting by Manet for this album cover and Lwins mother tried to have him prosecuted, but failed.

She later posed nude for another album cover whilst managed by Mclaren, Lwins mother said he clearly did it out of spite.

I believe Mclaren was one of those people who walked a fine line between Genius and lunacy, often stepping over the line on both sides.

Anyhow - Im clocking off, locking the studio until I feel like unlocking it.


This was on Absolute radio when I turned off the heaters, fantastic. 👍
