I listened to an hour of this last night as an Ex friend told me it would make me relaxed ready for a deep sleep.
It didn’t work I was still awake when the hour timer turned it off.
It was strangely satisfying, but the claps of thunder kept putting me on alert.

Wouldn't work by itself, you were supposed to also rig up a system to flash the bedroom lights on and off to simulate lightning.
