Hi everyone. Does anyone know how to change on board computer from Japanese to English? On my Nissan Elgrand highway star, 2.5l v6 automatic, petrol.
 
The ability to change depends on which series you have. If you don't know which series you have the year could help.
Using something like Google Translate is a good start to finding out but obviously not while you are driving.

So what series and colour do you have?

E51 Nissan Elgrand highway star 2.5 v6 petrol automatic. 09 plate.
 
Congratulations on buying a White one, they are the fastest option 😉.
As it's a series 3 follow the link posted by @LeStempy above.
 
I have a whining noise coming from the back or the middle of the vehicle anyone have any ideas.

You'll be better off starting a new thread of your own in the technical section rather than piggy back an old thread about something completely different.
