Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to our amazing Miami, she is 13 today!
I will do a proper write up about her and how she is doing but its now been 8 months since we were told she had 6 - 8 weeks left and she is still here!

Beautiful.
Sorry to read about that diagnosis. I kind of when chilly when I read it.
Hope you get much more time with the sweetheart 🀞🀞

Happy Birthday Miami

It's not necessarily 7 dog = 1 human year, but depends on the bread/size etc. As year 1 is about 15 human years
But 5 years is 'about' age 35 for a medium sized dog.
I've already been a bit melancholy, as the time just flies past. It seems only y'day when we got her. Same time again she'll be 10 :(
Scary isn't it, my Bailey is 13 and i too remember taking him to be chipped as a puppy and it feels like only months ago.

We all die, but dogs should last longer, infact there should be rule that dogs dont die until their owner do.

And whilst we are at it, they shouldn't get sick, or feel the symptoms of aging either.

If i was the new PM these rules would be implemented on my first morning shift. πŸ€“

Oh, sorry, happy Birthday @Lpgc and @SJR.πŸ‘πŸ»

Bailet looks lovely, and you're right about their lifespans, they're just too short.
Hope you get laods more with Bailey.

Mind you, you commented if you were PM you'd implement dog's living longer on your first day. Me too.
But I wonder if Starmer would give a straight (any?) answer on even that one πŸ€”
