Getting front cats removed/decored in Midlands

Hi, does anyone know a garage or mechanic who can do this (ie option 2 on that helpful post about the cat issue) in the Midlands? The chap at Stuart Spencer Autos doesn't do it, and only knows about a bloke in Hull...
 
Worcester Road Motors in Stourport on Severn are Elgrand/JDM MPV specialists and have their own workshop so might be able to do it.

Now there is some debate on whether it needs doing at all, depending on how old the Elgrand is....

I was told they do rear cats and not fronts what is difference
 
How are you finding 2.5 as I put deposit on 2.5 rider autech as couldn't find 3.5 with all the bits I wanted

Can’t , so won’t compare to the 3.5 as I’ve never driven one but find mine quick strong and smooth .
You soon learn to drive to the conditions such as weight your pulling and hills etc and I really enjoy the bus to be fair

Traditionally, the front cats are fully coated in metals to fully treat the exhaust emissions, the secondary cats are usually only partially coated (to save money and ensure initial compliance) to simply assist treating the exhaust emissions during the warm-up phase of a drive cycle. As the cats work best when fully hot, the secondary cats do their work whilst the engine is cold and warming up, not so required once at operating temperature. The front primary cats are the relied upon to meet emissions/MOT for a petrol burner once the engine is at normal operating temperature. Unless Nissan operate differently that is.
 
So the rear cats are best to decore
 
Not the best, simply the most practical/cost effective.
 
Still not an owner as car failed inspection on many things but money well spent on inspection as £9400 is a lot to part with and to spend around another £2000 isn't worth it
