Electric doors- why would they stop automatically opening?

Looking for advice on sliding doors

3 months into Elgrand life and my electric side doors have decided to stop opening automatically.

They still soft-open/close, but don’t respond when I press the key fob or activate the handle.

Other posts seem to suggest it could be the cable (though it still runs fine if I manually open/close) or the electric door motor (which seems plausible). It’s on both sides, so I’m guessing it’s electrical, not mechanical.

Are there any settings / resets I can try? Thanks!

Have you knocked the switch under the steering wheel? Theres a switch which turns off the electric doors

also if you battery is near dead they'll stop

There's a switch under the steering wheel.

But also worth noting, on the rear fuse / control board, there's a 5v regulator that can overheat and internally short. This drops the 5v rail and means all circuits from that fuse board fail. Including if I remember correctly the sliding door (you will also have no rear lights).

You can solder in a new, uprated voltage regulator and that will solve the problem.
