Wales Chepstow meet - Car Show

We will be meeting at
Chepstow leisure centre car park, NP16 5LT

I will know the times etc by Wednesday at the latest hopefully.

We are meeting at Chepstow leisure centre car park, NP16 5LT
At 8:30am to hopefully arrive at Chepstow racecourse by 9-9:15 the latest
We will be leaving at 5pm :)
 
Is this this happening in 2019? Do we have to have a enhanced van such as cool modes or will a clean in and out be ok?
