Yep, the Telegraph have been investigating BBC partiality and bias. They have also just released one on the BBCs misleading reporting on Gaza

Yes, it's more than just 'partiality' and bias though; it's pure edit copy and paste bits to suit!! Disgusting.
 
Licence fee is going up over £180 next year too. Released on the day of all of that stuff too^.
Kind of an indoctrination fee :-)
 
Can we get back on topic as it feels like the thread has been taken over by Russian bots.
 
The thread was about a BBC podcast. It is on topic. Nothing Russian bot about it. Shutting down debate and insinuating that posters contributions are akin to Russian bots, maybe as you simply don't agree with other opinions, isn't a nice thing to portray.

I think everything that needed to be said regarding the BBC aspect was in the first 5 posts and pretty much everyone agreed that the BBC is not the place to go for detailing advice.
 
so do any of these products really work ? i live on a small Island in the Irish sea and would like some sort of protection from the crap weather we get ☹️

I think other posters have offered some fantastic opinions- after the first 5 posts- on all sides of the spectrum. Far from seeming like so-called 'Russian Bots' too.

Don't use the Suzuki, use the Elgrand, much better protection from crap weather, oh sorry you mean wax and stuff.:rolleyes:

don't worry about that, don't use my bikes in the wet any more, at 62 i'm a fair weather biker now 😁

Hi Tony.
Are you asking regarding paint or general protection?
There is a lot of talk about Elgrands and how they have no under seal. Has yours been treated?
If I lived by the sea I’d also like to take extra care.
As mine is low mileage and not yet under sealed I have started to buy a few products from Bilt Humber who have a good reputation.
Atom Mac would be a good product in my opinion to use after washing and one bottle should last a good while.

For the paint, anything that makes it repel water is going to help. If I’m being lazy then Autoglym Polar Seal is a spray on product.
For wax if you want to go that route then Bilt Hamber Double Speed has a good reputation.
I find that keeping a car clean is much easier once the paintwork is in a good state.
