2008 Elgrand with Impul body kit? and quad exhaust on Facebook Marketplace. Seller is asking £5000 Could make an interesting project

I have come across this Elgrand on Facebook Marketplace

As well as the body kit it has been resprayed in quite an unusual pearlescent blue which from the pictures I am not certain on but could look good in the flesh.

It has a quad exhaust and also has 3 piece bonnet spoiler and what looks like a Veilside rear spoiler which I would love on mine, led light bar, and some quite nice intakes on the front wings plus what the seller says are Work wheels.

Can't make out properly from the pictures but also looks like it has been lowered slightly so may also have coilovers although the seller does not mention this in the add.

Seller is asking £5000 for it and at that sort of money for a 2008 S3 could be well worth looking at if you want something a bit different and don't mind a bit of work.

Could make an interesting project.

Mot history not the best but looks like nothing major at last mot with advisories for discs and pads and a slight oil leak which needs investigating.

From the mot history it looks like an older import and I would think that the work was probably done in Japan.

I remember that one when it was at auction, car warehouse brought it over in the end, its on 21 inch work rusitierre(spelling), pretty sure it was on air when it first arrived

Yes, I did think that when I first saw it, maybe issues with the van that are not being disclosed on the add or a scam but only one way to find out

Yes I think so.

It's a w blood kit, has seen better days though.

Not keen on the colour in photo's, it's had an oil leak for the last 3 + years, mileage is close to 100K. Might be worth a punt for someone at £5k

I actually really like the front bumper on this kit

Don't think the colour scheme does it any favours though especially with the black front and rear bumpers and the lower side panels with the rest in blue

One that Matt at Just Japanese brought in a couple of years ago with the same body kit which is far more subtle in black

Probably only me but the front bumper reminds of the poverty spec Rover 600 sold for a brief time with unpainted black front and rear bumpers - looked like an unfinished crash repair. The rear bumper with 4 pipes looks a bit Maxpower IMHO. Nice paint though.

I did think a bit along the same lines and although I am not a great lover of the two tone look think that a lower body respray to compliment the existing blue along the same sort of lines as these that used to be done from I think Milldown campers could work well and tie it all in together.

I also think that the quad pipes are pretty restrained up to some and if I had it one of the first things I woud be doing is changing the tail pipes
