Ah nice one, okay, rules that out. Ah well. I'll get my guy to have a check when I get home, see what it shows up.

Fluids and belts all look fine, still revving and driving fine, so no clue at the mo. Hopefully there's no surprises in store!

Hi All. Just got an engine light come on. Anyone recently purchased an inexpensive handheld obd reader that works well the Elgrand and they’re happy with?
 
Or recommend any obd that works?
 
Cheapest way is the NDS or Carscanner app and a BT dongle.
 
@LeStempy thanks. I was hoping for a make and model from someone who knows it works on an Elgrand.

I have purchased one that works on all vehicles - to find out it doesn’t :)
 
You just need to ensure it's compatible with Nissan Consult. I don't know of any cheap ones that are.
