Yakushi 2023 September 1st 2nd 3rd

Just want to take time to thank you all for a wonderful weekend, and special thanks to all the North East crew for taking over and all there hard work to make it what it was. And a thank you to all the members who attended . πŸ‘πŸ‘

Well what can i say?. Thank you all that turned up, it was so nice to be amongst friends. As you all know by now my life has not been kind to me over the last few years but the friendship and understanding was far more than i had expected. I want to try sleeping on level ground at the next show please as sliding down the Elgrand was not my most favorite pastime during the night. A special thank you to Chris who provided the music and Andy who brought the contence of his house with him packed in the trailer. I really enjoyed the weekend.
cheers Guys.

I enjoyed my time at Yakushi, thanks to those who did the organisation.
It was good to meet new people, see the different variations of Elgrands and different modifications people have done.
This is the only Elgrand picture I took all weekend, Magnu is nearly setup.

Thank you for being gracious and moving your van 1/2 way through setting up to cater for my uselessness at putting up an awning :D

My only regret of this weekend was not sitting with a beer laughing at you putting up that awning 🀣

Had a great weekend.
Great to meet up with everyone again and have some good food (proper chips), Venison/wild boar and hot sweat chilly sausage and Venison burgers.
As always good crack.
Hope this gives @Karl @Pippa and @Madfish the push to get back into meets.
We miss your stunning E50s.
All the Elgrands were stunning and I think we had the best stand by a country mile.
You all deserve a big pat on the back for all the hard work you did setting up and taking down.
What a team.
Big thanks to everyone who made this happen.
If it was not for you lot we would not have such great shows.
I got a great 16mpg pulling the trailer.
Have a video to put together off the drone sometime when I put all the contents of the trailer away.
Oh and tonight I washed and QD ed the Elgrand and I also did the trailer for them ready for taking it back tomorrow lol (I know I am sad)
Anyway onwards and upwards to the next meet I am off to edit a video...........

Ps And a massive big thanks to @Karl and @Pippa for following me home to help unload the trailer.
Your both 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 πŸ‘
