Thought I would start a little thread to hopefully show the progress, well at some point ๐Ÿ˜‚

So far I've gone from rear seats down and full width, back to rear seats up and use the gap in-between.

I want everything to be removable so it's just lift in, secure and remove when not needed.

Remit from wife, has to have a sink a hob and fridge ๐Ÿค”

I've opted for fitted sink with glass lid, hob I've gone for removable 2 burner self contained that uses gas canisters, we've used the single ones when camping and with the mixed gas and not just butane they are fine for what they are.

Reason for having it removable, gives more worktop space next to sink and if it's nice day can lifted out completely and used on a table etc.

Fridge is going to be expensive but, think I've settled on a draw fridge with remote compressor so I can squeeze as much storage as possible.

I'm planing on makeing it as lightweight as possible, even lightweight ply is heavy when you have a lot of it so I think I've ruled that out ๐Ÿ˜‚

So far I have the cooker and the Formica for the worktop is on the way, so a lot of acquiring to do.

Will there be photos? Please let there be photos.
When I have something to photo there will be photos ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Formica arrived today, need to mockup a rough carcase the right size to see how it's going to fit then I need the fridge cause one side is going to be worked around that.

Looking forward to this. I am working on something similar too. ๐Ÿคž

Me too ๐Ÿ˜‚ I just wonder if in my head it looks like something from hymer but in reality it's going to look like Mr O Rilley the builder from faulty towers has made it ๐Ÿค”
Don't forget the RSJ, mr Orelly ๐Ÿ‘ :D

I won't have as much room I'm keeping the rear seats, looks good

But he has kept the rear seats??? Or am I missing something?

Yep kept the rear seats, we fold the middle seats flat and move the fronts forward a little to make a bed.

Dog gets to ride on one of the rear seats (on a blanket).... living the life lol20240406_195818.jpg20240406_195755.jpg
