Well, I would firstly like to offer a huge thank you to @Rapperfrapper for all his help over the last 2 years. Alan was one of the first people to join the EOC admin team back in 2014, and since then he has literally given his all for the club.
Alan has helped organise meets, events, merchandise, suppliers, equipment and has given a lot of his time to make guides and give advice to members of the club as well as taking on the EOC magazine when I realised I didn't have time to continue it. Alan is leaving a massive hole in the team, and that is something will be need to be filled quickly.
The decision has been made so that he can spend more time working on his Elgrand, taking it to shows and entering competitions. He doesn't feel as though he will be able to dedicate the time and effort he has previously to the club, and is therefore stepping down from the team. He will still be a part of the club, he will still attend meets and events, but he will no longer be organising or helping with them.
I wish Alan the very best with his project, and any support he needs from the club, I hope he gets it. After the amount of time and effort and other resources Alan has poured into ElgrandOC, I owe him a massive debt of gratitude, and I hope you guys can support him along the way.
Thanks again bud for all of your hard work. I'm genuinely saddened by this. Good luck
