I have just installed a new "style" for the forum. Personally, I think it looks a lot better.

If you want to test it, click on your username (top right), go to preferences, in the "styles" dropdown box, select "Refresh" rather than Default then save the changes.

If you can please try it and let me know what you think by voting in the attached poll... I will make the new style the default rather than having to select it.
 
It was a very subtle change viewing on my phone, and probably wouldn't have noticed if it had done it automatically.
 
Looks much better defined. I prefer it. Nice job Karl.
 
Nice - much prefer the font - looks cleaner and more modern.

I prefer the default style myself but happy either way...

What would be nice is a user selectable dark theme. Especially for us AMOLED users... ;)

There are dark themes available. Not found one I like that doesn't look cheap yet.
They all just look like 12yr old COD gaming sites or porn sites :rofl:

I need to find a professional looking dark theme. I'll find one :)
 
The new style will be set as the site default tonight unless the vote changes heavily.

Please note that no matter what the default style is set to, you can always select your own default in the preferences, so if you don't like this one, you can revert it back.

By setting the new style as the forum default, all that means is that guests viewing the forum will see this rather than the old style.

I will hopefully have 3-4 styles available for users to select from eventually, I just need to find some that are worth installing.
