I can't see the picture but some people have lifted their Elgrands. There are a couple of videos on youtube with them (I think the most popular one is the Australian guy). Is yours 4 wheel drive?
 
Can't see the point, off road driving will destroy them unless you make massive changes.
 
Just to add.....she has the most soothing and calming voice, she cold easily have been a physiatrist. 🧠
