Elgrand E51 2005 - Cruise Control

I live in Adelaide. Sinergy Motorsports do all my mechanical work and have done for the last 12 years. I had them fit the Autostrada Cruise Control to my 2005 E-51 a few years back. It works okay on the flat, not so great in hilly areas as it tends to drop back 2 gears when going up a hill.

Dropping back two gears is not down to the cruise control, it would do the same if you tried to maintain the same speed using the throttle - I have tried it to see. It's down to the lack of torque the engine has.

As I said above, Denis will travel to you and install the kit at your house, as long as you are able to give him space off road.... Please let him know Barry H gave you his number; there's nothing in it for me, other than to thank Denis for his time and effort in getting the purchase through with Canm8, they were very busy on another key product research, which took them a while to get my system programmed, and Denis kept chasing them for me. Look them up, they are an amazing company.
