Ok mate keep us updated on your situation, and we'll see how we're fixed for spaces. The site have taken other bookings in for another rally so we're waiting to hear back from them, regarding how many spaces we can have. Thanks

Hi Guys.. @RobP and I have had a busy week at work and will be taking stock of who has already paid and who is interested.
At present we have 4 paid and 8 unpaid but interested.
The site has other confirmed bookings as @RobP mentioned, so our numbers need to be capped at 11. With this we still benefit from the £5 discount ;-)
We will have to allocate remaining 7 spaces on payment received basis I am afraid as the site cannot guarantee the 11 pitches until payment confirms booking.
@Lesley and Dave you are confirmed at the site for Friday night.
@MrMalcC I have sent a message to site re Friday, will confirm as soon as they reply.

Hiya.. it is £17 for each night so £34 due, of course, when we have 10 who arrive on sat night we all get £5 back :)

The cost of the campsite is £17 for the night, this gives you free electric hook up and use of the toilets and showers (all pretty new as the site hasn't been open long) There is also an accessible wet room for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Easy rider has managed to get us a bulk discount on the site if we can get 10 or more bookings, we each get a £5 discount! 😁 £5 refund will be paid back, on the weekend if we reach the magic number of 10.

Dogs are welcome, and we can use bbq's so long as the grass is protected. There is a pub within a 1 minute walk that serves good pub food for those that don't want to bbq.

Bookings for this need to be in and paid for by the 31st July so we can book with the site owners and let them know how many of us will be coming.

If you would like to come, payment of £17 is to be sent by PayPal to team@elgrandoc.uk by the 31/7/18 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYMENT IS SENT AS GIFT/PAY A FRIEND!!! So no charges are incured by the club.

Hi Guys, to keep you posted as it is easy to miss things;
We have had numbers capped at the Rally as they have another camper Rally booked in too.
we have 7 paid up so far and have only 4 spaces left with 5 people who expressed an interest.
Can anyone who wishes to secure their place please be advised it is on a first to pay basis.
Can anyone who is unable to come please let @RobP or myself know so we can edit the list and open it up to others
