As we now have more than 35 on the list I have had to split into 2.

There are ONLY 35 SPACES on the club plot, and these are reserved on a first come first served basis. If you are DEFINITELY 100% attending but waiting for payday to commit a deposit, I will mark you down as guaranteed.

Once the CONFIRMED list is filled up the PENDING list will be removed.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANYONE WANTING TO JOIN LAST MINUTE UNLESS WE HAVE DROP OUTS.

No not at all mate. The most important thing for me as an organiser is knowing how many Elgrand's are on the stand and having the money to buy tickets for all people on the list. If anyone wants to bring additional passengers along, they are more than welcome to :)
