WHAT THE FUCK???!!!!

Thanks but I'd like to reassure you there's no need to worry, I won't click on any links in the emails they send me
I did! Feck me...tentacle porn has just dropped way down the list!

Just got back to the UK after a month away to find a Dart Charge fine waiting for me (thought I'd paid it). £72.50 to drive over a bloody bridge. 😠
Ouch!! That's shocking!! 😭
I've set up a dart charge account and make sure there's enough funds in it before we go away/visit my brother in law who lives down there.
Then the toll is just deducted without having to remember to pay each trip as I can guarantee I'd forget

I received a Dart Charge fine once, I found it quite suspicious since I had never been.
Looked at their 'photographic evidence' some scummy shit had/s made some reg plates up from my silver TT and popped them on their black A3.
I contacted the peeps who dropped it straight away obviously. I also contacted the Police who couldn't give any less of a shit.

Had a text earlier from DHL to tell me my new battery had been delivered and signed for in my name. How can this be when I am in Woking (Shithole) and my Mrs in Petersfield, neither of which is where my house is?

Something not right there......🤔

Hopefully the driver has signed on your behalf, has hidden it somewhere and left you a note. He shouldn't of course but they don't give a toss do they?!

Don't leave it there. Take it in, and then write an email to DHL saying it wasn't there and you hadn't signed for it.

In all honesty, he probably did you a favour... because if he'd taken it back to the depot... you'd never have got it back :joy: He probably knows this. In fact, he probably knows it's easier for you to claim for a lost parcel than to retrieve it from a depot... again, favour, even if it had been nicked.

Having been a victim of couriers in the past l know it will be a waste of my time complaining, and even if I do and the driver is reprimanded, all that will happen is that my future deliveries will be pummelled or not delivered at all.

yep take it in ring them to say no one was home to sign it and you got proof so where is it and you have another battery for your use or sell my mate done it with a chainsaw that was replaced so ended up with two

when you see where all our delivery drivers leave things it makes me wonder they get delivered at all one parcel a few weeks ago was put behind some garden rubbish bags waiting for me to take to the tip other places are in the bins recycle and domestic behind the flowers under next doors trailer was a good one as they weren't in either nothing of much value but its always tempting mostly cloths the mrs got for the grandkids

Just accept it as being the easiest, cheapest and overall best option for a civilised society.
You will always get the useless wa#k#rs who try be be clever and take advantage.
They know who they are.
Don't be one of them.

Just forget about it now, you got the battery you ordered, it's all good. Don't even waste your time on it.

Had the same a few years ago, both out at work when GreenLine delivered my Mrs' new laptop. No card left, so we didn't even know they had been.

3 days later she rings up to find out where it is - 'It was delivered madam, and you signed for it.' Ah-haa, no I didn't, was the response.

Where was it? - under the table in the back garden. The driver had broken in through the locked gate and left a £600 laptop in the bloody garden, and not told anyone. Good job it hadn't rained.

Well I've just unpacked it and what a lovely battery it is. One hundred whole amp hours :)

The other day, I did a few cars away from the lights, chuckling away I suddenly notice an angry man in a Volvo XC90 up my jacksy on a fast 'A' road.

Now, I wasn't hanging around but he was being a right toolbag, swerving all over the place trying to get past, eventually, he did flipping me the bird as he drove past... but I was chuckling at him at that point, as he was obviously pissed off that an old man in a van had done his super fully loaded 4wd away from the lights...WTF, however, the story is about to get a lot better, as 3 miles down the road, I passed him... as he had been pulled over by the cops, instant karma for the stoopid knobhead.
