Fitted my my fold down TV and added a switch to the hu so can watch it while ignitions off :)

Testing one of my 5 new show lights.
These are for the grill.
Tested under the bright lights in the room as they are that bright with the light off it was just a blue blur lol
Awesome!!! Which show are you going to ‘japfest’ ?

Trying to work out wiring issues causing my reverse light to stay on and one of my indicators to not work at all. And also working out what all the Jdm wiring kits that are fitted actually do. like i have a switch in the cabin that is wired through to the dash but i cannot work out if it even does anything at all

Just out of curiosity. Is the reverse light always on and the unknown switch related to the rear fog light?? It's quite a common way for dealers to add a rear fog at first mot by replacimg the offside reverse light for a red bulb.

Started putting the front end back together.
Grill, lights and bumper all came off on Saturday.
The lights to do repairs to the shoddy jap wiring.
The bumper to touch up some stone chips.
The grill to install show lights.
Repaired the led strips in the side lights.
Halo's in the head lights Need sorting out.
Removed the old DRL
New round DRL fitted behind the lower grill just to be different.

Looking good mate! Like the way light comes from behind the lower grill rather than mounted on it 👍🏼

still looks like a samyong rexon ;) saw my sister-in-laws one again today after two years in her hands it looks ten years old :joy:

Mine carted home the latest batch of castoffs from one of the local schools - apparently they dont do much metalwork nowadays - which is a shame IMHO, although they do have cool 3D printers & things to play with instead.
