Pretty much the same on most Jap stuff that isn't Lexus...
 
It'll certainly need reinforcement. I've done a bit of plastic welding before on motorbike panels..
 
Nah taking it off is way easier, scissors, big knife, hacksaw, angle grinder. If its coming off its coming off one way or another 🤣
I wanted to take mine off to see what the steering wheel looked like then put it back, no way am I cutting mine off, Arnie is visiting once Covid is over so I will ask him to peel it off like a banana skin ;o))))))
 
Had a coil replaced to discover the sparks plugs had never been changed! Lucky save with that discovery!
So did you change the plugs ,if so and by a mechanic , what did they charge and have they said they will still work on the bus for you in the future :)
 
Yes all changed and working good. I payed £10.80 a plug. The labour was higher than usual but the guy has worked on Elgrands before and I didn't want to put it into anyone elses hands just incase of any surprises.
They're happy to have the bus back again!
