I think it was more being stressed out Cooking for a large number is stressful I did when I cooked for 300 but I did have all the equipment at my disposal Yes Cliff I am a trained Chef

Hey that was nothing, I've cooked for more at a Sunday bbq, was just a little under the weather and early alcohol didn't help, I was happy that my son and a couple of good friends were happy to give me the night off and I enjoyed sitting with great company,
PS: This wasn't my first rodeo, just the first time I've fell off the horse...
